Markets went bonkers Monday after Fed Chair Jay Powell sent them spiralling downward on Friday with his speech in Jackson Hole. He pretty much did what everyone expected — soberly reiterating the central bank’s commitment to fighting inflation and acknowledged pain of interest rate hikes.
