Board of Directors of BMG Group Inc., Announce Appointment of Yvonne Blaszczyk as President and Chief Executive Officer

MARKHAM, ON – (October 26, 2023) – The Board of Directors of BMG Group Inc. (“BMG” or “the Company”) announce the permanent appointment of Yvonne Blaszczyk as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Yvonne has been appointed with the full support of the Board of Directors and the major shareholders of BMG.

Yvonne has more than 12 years of extensive experience at BMG, holding diverse positions such as Interim President and CEO, her current role as Chief Financial Officer overseeing mutual fund investments, and serving as a Trustee for BMG Restricted Share Holding Trust. Additionally, Yvonne has been a member of the Board of Directors for BMG Management Services Inc. since 2012 and has actively contributed to BMG Marketing Services Inc. for the past 4 years, while maintaining her tenure at BMG for the last 9 years.
