Past history, as well as market / government mandates, dictate that there will be no recriminations and that paper, price manipulation & fraud will be ongoing!! Most all the community of real Money advocates (PM’s) scornfully laugh at any real oversight of these criminal behaviors that run rampant in this market. Yet, I do zealously hope that justice will finally prevail and break the powerful Anglo-American lock on this.
